I needed help to find a good mattress suitable For a bad back the staff were sympathetic and Professional with their assistance I was very Impressed

The lady that served us was very helpful from the start. We were a bit overwhelmed so she showed and explained what was available then gave us a cuppa tea while we talked it over. Very grateful for no pushy sales talk - just helpful suggestions. Thank you!

The sales assistant we dealt with (Bobby) was extremely helpful, understood our needs and did not hesitate to help us find the right mattress/pillows we needed. She knew what she was talking about and we even had a cup of tea !

I walked into the store very abruptly as I had very short time to browse. The lady who assisted me had great product knowledge and understood my needs. She offered me a warranty also and a mattress protector and was very swift with the transaction. Later, I was emailed, texted and caaalled to be notified of a time slot for delivery. The delivery men were polite, punctual and even placed the mattress upon the bed and took the packaging from the mattress. Much appreciated. Great service. Great value with the half price summer sale and great quality. Very happy customer. Now I can sleep on my bed of dreams!

Explained well by the store sales

We went to the Dreams Store in Hays retail park to look for beds and mattresses. We had not much prior knowledge of the mattresses. The staff at the store were very helpful and friendly and gave us their full attention in terms of time spent with us and their knowledge about the products. At no point did we feel rushed and the staff tried their best to give us value for money. In the end we bought 3 beds and mattresses as well as 2 wardrobes and a couple of chest of drawers. I was very happy with my purchases and would definitely go there again.

I was dealt with by a lovely lady called Bobby in the Hayes branch. She took time to show me around, explain the different products, and made me a cup of tea. She was able to throw in a mattress protector, and also compromised on delivery costs. Very approachable and knowledgeable.
