Friendly and very helpful stuff, helped us to find best mattress for me and my other half.

When I visited the southall store Harry helped me out with the purchase I needed to make with no hard sell. I went back after 2 days to place the order with no hiccups and was dealt with in a very friendly manner. Happy with the service and will recommend to family and friends. Time frame for delivery is very quick and prompt. The store adhered to the covid 19 stay safe cleanliness and social distancing. Service with a smile.

I had a very pleasant experience shopping at dreams. The gentleman helping me was called Prince he was very knowledgeable, welcoming and helpful throughout my time in the store. I enjoyed the atmosphere and layout of the store in Hayes Retail park I would definitely return here in future and recommend it to anyone looking for beds or mattresses.

A very warm and friendly greeting we were greeted and helped with the choosing of our mattress with expert guidance but also time to select the right choice for us .we used the body mapping machine which aided us with our choice, we were also offered a drink. A very pleasant experience.

My reasons are purely down to the absolute care and assistance given by Kishan, as soon as myself and family entered the store after opening, Kishan advised us on covid safe measures - he showed us where to sanitise and also explained the measures they are taking to make our experience as normal as possible. Kishan was step by step explaining every detail from the sleep match, to showing us the pillows and how to stay covid safe with the tissue covers, then showing us every suitable bed and explaining the perks of each mattress. Kishan also was very accommodating to our budget, our sleep patterns and our general day to day life. Kishan also was very attentive to our children and accommodated them in our in store experience too. Kishan was very professional, caring, experienced and was very pleasing and made us feel like we we’re valued and not just another customer. I would highly recommend Kishan to care for any customer and I will certainly be re visiting Kishan in store to look at another purchase. I am a very happy customer and looking forward to my Tempur mattress this week.
