The guy helping us Harry was brilliant, asked what we wanted guided us to what we needed, where we weren't sure he gave various options, very helpful.

We were looking for a king size matress. We were given the chance to look around first without being followed around but were quickly greeted by ataff when we needed assistance. We looked in Bensons for beds 1st and they said they price matched but we bought our matress here as the customer service was impeccable. The staff were very friendly helpful and knew their stuff on matresses. We were explained the 40 day trial and also the 8888 promotion as well. We will definitely refer the hayes branch to family and friends.

The sales assistance wasn't pushy, but offered us help as soon as we arrived without forcing herself on us. She quickly picked up on what we were looking for and because of that excluded half the beds in the shop which were easily identified as spring beds that we did not want, hence we didn't waste time looking at these. She was extremely helpful, allowed us to try the beds taking our time, offered us a pillow each which we ended up buying and a protective mattress although we weren't intending to purchase these items initially, she sold them to us, as I say, without being too forceful. So an excellent service, friendly, professional and would definitely go back to the shop and recommend to friends and family. The bed is excellent.. a good comfortable night.
