Good knowledge from the staff which made the choice to purchase the bed for my mother a lot easier.

The associate Krishnan based at dreams Hayes was extremely helpful. He was very well informed of each produt within the store, he created our shopping lost by asking questions and found us a lovely bed and matteres which suited our needs. We initially entered the store to browse beds, the associate was so wonderful and helpful we ended up purchasing a product. Thank you to Krishnan for all his help!

In could not book a delivery date as stock was not available but Kish called customer services the next day and booked me a delivery day.

Pravesh the person who served us was very welcoming and showed us different beds to try lying down on. He gave us information and grades of the mattress/bed that we were interested in without rushing us. He even gave us a cup of coffee. His excellent customer service is what i think made us decide to buy the bed then because our original plan was just to look around first. He was very thorough with his explanation.

We were met by Harry who is a credit to Hayes Bridge Retail Park, Hayes. He was very helpful and he asked us various questions in order to identify our needs. He was very knowledgable about your products and gave us a few choices of mattresses we could try. He allowed us the time to look at the options and answered all my concerns with confidence. He was very hospitable offering us a seat and refreshments, he even chatted to our son. We felt really relaxed and not under pressure. When we placed our order Harry took the time to explain the order and went through all the costs plus comfort exchange and delivery details. We did take out extra protection cover because when you are paying for a good quality mattress the cover would give us peace of mind. During our visit we did also discussed a new bed for our teenage son and Harry recommended an ideal bed. We will be back with our son to try a few out. Delighted with our new mattress and delighted with the service we received today.
