I was given a lot of information by KISHAN. He was very helpful and Informative. When I returned to the store he had gone home so I was served by NAV who was friendly also . However KISHAN'S knowledge of the mattresses & bases , especially as I told him about my back problem , really helped .

Found the assistant to be most helpful & has a very good knowledge of the products.

As we walked through the door we were welcomed by the sales rep who stayed with us through our purchase. He was able to explain all the mattress available and help us find the one we need. He gave us the time we needed to try out the different mattresses and then helped us find the one we were looking for. it was really helpful as I have no experience in purchasing a mattress and I was able to gather a lot of knowledge from him

staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and we did not have to wait very long for assistance

Fantastic customer service in store, great product range

The staff is extremely cheerful, makes the time spent in store comforting. At busy times, have to wait a bit for a member of staff to assist us. The purchase was quick and the person who dealt with the purchase was very cheerful.

purchased items needed within budget and purchased extra pillows also....i will be completely satisfied when bed arrives.

We were attended to by Kishan during both of our visits today. He took time out to explain the different springing and allowed us to try different beds to try to fit our needs. At no time did we feel rushed and considered he gave a very personal and professional service. we compared the bed with other stores bue returned to purchase not our original choice but a better quality bed/

It was our second visit and the assistant remembers what we wanted. He was polite and gave us help and advice when needed. Refreshments where offered during our decision making.
