Dreams - Hayes

I have been welcoming by Harpal at Dreams Hayes. I received a lovely treatment from him, he showed us the bed where we could take our measures to find our perfect pillow and mattress. We have been guided to choose the best mattress for me and my wife. All covid rules was applied and we have been offered water and some coffee as well. We decided to buy both pillows and mattress at the store and thanks to Harpal we dont suffer from backpain anymore :)

The sales assistant was very polite professional and helpful - spoke really well and attended fully to my needs and made me feel welcomed.

Bobby was amazing during our visit to Dreams. She was very welcoming and understood our needs and provided some great recommedations. Very knowledgeable and excellent service provided.

In store sales person was extremely helpful and answered all questions in a helpful and competent manner. After initial visit my husband and I visited a competitor, however we returned to Dreams within 30 minutes and placed our order which will be delivered on 21st June.

I was welcomed by Kishan from the Hayes store. He done an amazing job with how he had a lot of knowledge about the beds/frames and all the mattresses. He also took me through the machine that checks what type of mattress I needed. Stayed with us the whole time and was a great help. When we move house I will definitely be coming back to this store and hopefully be served by the same person. I highly recommend Kishan, he knows his stuff and knows how to have a laugh too.

Upon entering the store, I was greeted by Prince who was extremely helpful and made sure every single query was answered. Prince helped me use the mattress machine which allowed me to figure out what type I needed, and proceeded to show me every single mattress that fit that criterion. Prince sprayed the beds with anti-bacterial, gave me a paper sheet and spare pillow to make sure I was comfortable enough to make the right choice, he even gave me some privacy to lay down comfortably without being watched so I can test it out with ease which I really appreciated. I didn't make a purchase on the first visit as I needed some time to think about it, but soon after, I came back to the same store and asked for Prince because I was very happy with the level of service I received the first time. Since it was really hot outside that day, Prince offered me and my sister a bottle of water, the manager also offered us any tea or coffee which was very accommodating. I proceeded to make a purchase with Prince because there was nothing further I needed to clarify after the first visit. I was offered to purchase pillows but will save that for another visit where I will be asking for Prince.
