The customer service advisor Prince was helpful, guided on the products well , told about different options available for buying the product and also advised on care on product .He also told us about other offers available with the product which is available for us and that was simply perfect as we could complete our purchase in one go rather than thinking later and buying .

Sales person was really helpful without being pushing. He was very knowledgable and patient with us. The fitting men were excellent. Very prompt and fast. We were amazed at how quickly they put all the furniture together. It looks fabulous. Thank you Dreams team!

We have always bought beds with Dreams and found the staff to be very helpful and friendly and full of helpful advice. the quality is very good of the beds and matreses. A little pricey but worth it, prefer the Dreams make

Our assistant was really friendly and helpful, she explained everything in details about the mattresses. She offered accessories as well. She was helping us out through the finance process. :):)

I'd seen reviews on a mattress I thought I wanted but the assistant advised that it wasn't as firm as I'd thought so we chose a finer one

The attention to detail and knowledge of the products by the manager Harry (Harpel) were impressive and helped greatly in making the decision of what to buy. There was no pressure selling and we were taken to many beds and tried many mattresses before deciding which one we preferred. The after sales service was also excellent as we were able to have the delivery date of our choice. through the efforts of the sales satff.
