Prince who assisted me was very helpful, getting me to try a number of different types of mattresses. Allowing time to try between the two I liked the best. Took time to explain the different costs and different payment options. After doing all of this for me he then repeat the same for my daughter, whilst I enjoyed a nice cold drink. Once we had picked out the mattresses he then told us about all the deals on pillows etc which were all really good value

Sales assistant prince was very knowledgeable and helpful. Offered us water as it was a hot day. We were greeted by other staff in store also. We were made aware of sales and also when sale period expired to endure we had enough time to come to a final decision.

We found the sales assistant ie. PRINCE. very pleasant young man and wery attentive to our needs.He offered us a very nice cup of coffee and then proceeded to show us different types of mattresses for us to try.he did not rush us at any time so we could be satisfied that we had made the right choice.
