The store colleague Kishan was charming and friendly. I was very satisfied with his knowledge and most of all he understood my needs. I felt comfortable and unrushed when trying out beds/mattresses. Store was also Covid safe

The service was great. The staff took their time to cater for my needs and what I needed. I was very happy with the products I ordered and would defo go back. Harry the manager, Kishan who originally greeted me and stayed with me till the end, as well as all other staff were amazing and so friendly and extremely helpful! Thank you!!

Bobby was lovley, she was friendly and super helpful for us to choose the right bed. Nothing was to much to ask she was so patient. Covid regulations were followed and I was highly impressed with this and the over all service!! Thank you you I can't wait to recieve my bed

I was instantly greeted by Bobby and she was really helpful! Took me through everything and was patient. She took her time and was super lovely!

The adviser Bally took time to understand my 82 year mother's requirements. We used the technology to identify mattresses we should look at. Bally suggested which ones were in our budget range and left us to try them out with no pressure. His being able to speak Punjabi was really useful for my mum as she is not fluent in English. We did not feel rushed in any way and he was on hand to answer questions when we had them.

Staff were nice and helpful

Customer service was brilliant, greeted at the front of the store and gave us some time to have a look around before asking if he could assist. When we asked about various beds and options, we really felt that the advisor (his name was Bal, at the Hayes Dreams branch), really knew about about the products extensively. His product knowledge helped us make a great choice of bed and mattress.
