Dreams - Hayes

Both Harry and Ratesh were very attentive to our needs, very helpful.

Dreams Colleague Kishon was very friendly and helpfull with choseing our new Mattress and Pillows. This was our 3rd visit to dreams and was able to show us what we had brought before to help in our choice. Delivery time only one week but although we did pay the removal charge to take old one away I thought this was a little expensive.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff

We were greeted very nicely. Offered a drink and Harry listened to our requirements and proceeded to show us the products we wanted. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

We were assisted by Kakesh, in the Hayes branch. He was very friendly and understanding of the product which we were searching for. He spent a good amount of time explaining to us the quality of the different products, and was very helpful once we told him our price range. We did not feel like he was trying to sell us the most expensive product, and was very social whilst placing the order.

The staff were pleasant, polite and attentive, offered refreshments.

We were served by Prince who was an excellent salesman, tremendous knowledge, friendly, courteous, offered us a drink and explained everything so well. He even went the extra mile by carrying our mattress to our car. Please pass on our heartfelt thanks to him. We wholeheartedly recommend him for a staff award if you have such a scheme. He is an asset to your organisation.

Salesperson Mr Kishan was extremely friendly and helpful.

Sales person very friendly offered us a drink when we walked in the store. Once decided which bed I required sorted out the paperwork quickly and efficiently

The store manager Harry was wonderful. Spent a lot of time explaining stuff , and was a genuinely friendly. The gentleman who processed our order was very friendly too. Offered drinks and even snacks ;)
