Served by Kishan in Hayes branch great knowledge and help without his knowledge and great customer service was unlikely to buy but he changed our mind.... great service!!

When we enter the store we were approached by Prince and he was very friendly and extremely helpful and gave us such perfect welcome offering coffee and tea. He knew the product very well what we were interested and professional service given to us and highly recommend to my friends and family. Staff like that very hard to get and should not let them go away.

Our Sales Advisor was Kishan who was very helpful and clearly had a good knowledge of products and the benefits / differences between them. Kishan was not pushy in his approach, attentive and understanding in my needs. He was able to explain the different colour / fabric options and provide me with a clear breakdown of price including additional services. His personality made the experience a pleasant and relaxed one which isn't always there when purchasing home goods. Kishan is clearly as asset to Dreams in Hayes and hopefully recognised by Management.

The customer service agents at this store are highly knowledgeable and helpful and gave us advice while not being pushy, allowing us to choose our product in our own time.

Prince greeted us at the door spoke to and made us feel cared for. He showed us some products and then left us to try the different bed's. He came back after a while and offered us a drink throughout the whole time he was very pleasant but not pushy. We went to look at beds and we brought one.

Bobby was extremely helpful. And we felt lucky to have found someone that was keen and knew what they were talking about.
