We knew what we wanted, but got great service, with other options, (mostly cheaper), options shown us.

Painless and efficient visit to the showroom ordering the bed and afterwards the delivery process since has been excellent.

The customer service provided by Rakesh was amazing. Great product knowledge and recommended the right things to us.

Bobby the sales lady was very helpful and really understood what we were looking for and cleared any doubts we had. She even offered us coffee and made us feel so comfortable. A truly winderful sales lady who was super helpful and attentive.

Kishan was very welcoming and offered us a drink and was very patient whilst we tried different mattresses and was incredibly knowledgable on the prices and styles of the beds and mattresses including being accommodating regarding our budget and didn't go over this which we appreciated.

I have got all the answers to my questions.

The store manager, Harry, was very friendly and extremely helpful. He offered me a very good cup of tea and did not rush the sale process. I would recommend Hayes Dreams to all my friends and family.

Shopping with a disabled partner, daughter and her 2 unruly children can often be a challenging experience but a recent trip to Dreams in Hayeshas proven to be so good from a customer service point of view that we thought it might be worth applauding all the small things which made the difference. The service was excellent especially Mr. Kishan was exemplary.

Harry was very knowledgeable about the products and matched th well with our needs.
