Rakesh was very attentive and knowledgeable and whilst I took quite a while to make my ultimate decision he was extremely patient throughout.

Brilliant beautiful member of staff, who incidentally knows how to make coffee.

Good products & service of staff

We came in with a mattress and bed in mind that we had seen online, 2 shop assistants offered help and Rakesh helped to show us the beds we had seen and other options when we weren't sure on them. Offered my partner a cup of coffee and was very patient as we tried out different beds. We were in and out of the store in about 30 mins. Rakesh made the bed buying experience painless as we have been trying to get a bed for about 6 weeks.

Prince was absolutely friendly and helpful! The experience is definitely going to return us to Dreams :D

We weren't hassled by staff, we were given the staff members name and left to browse which was great for us.

I was served by Kishan at hayes store. He was knowledgable with the products and he listened to what i needed. He offered options and the price ranges and best value.

Very friendly sales advisor

When we came in, we had no intention of buying a new mattress. But Rakesh, the shop assistant, helped us in making that decision and we are not regretting it. He was very helpful and polite.
