I was happy with the sales person , Prince as he spent time with me to ensure i received exactly what I wanted and was very patient when i was trying out beds. Also asked us for Tea/coffee which was a lovely touch.

The staff were very friendly ,efficient and very knowledgable about the products for my needs

I got what I was finding.

Assisted by Harry (Harpal) who was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He clearly explained the types of mattresses available and showed us the various options in store. We also liked the fact he offered us tea.

The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful (Harry in particular). We were offered tea/coffee and the dervice was very good.

Very friendly staff, happy to help and show me different beds and show me the difference also happy to accomadate me ordering when I wasnt hundred percent sure on delivery date, explained everything to me.

The products available and range were according to everyones personal needs and spend limit. The staff were super enthusiastic and very helpful. I would specially like to mention Mr.Rakesh who helped throughout the journey of our purchase and gave honest and relevant opinions wherever needed..He was extremely patient and gave us enough time to think and decide about the purchase. Also had a good friendly chat and made us feel comfortable. Last but not the least he greeted and offered us a hot beverage as we entered without even bothering if we would make a purchase or not..thats is going an extra mile and he is truly a peoples person with regards to customer service..Well done & all the very best..

Very easy purchase. I had taken a picture of my current mattress label and the showroom manager showed me the new replacement product. I tested it and loved it and so placed an order. Little shocked at the price but I believe you get what you pay for - plus it should last another 8 or 9 years like the last one so no complaints all round.
