Staff are extremely well trained and polite. They know their stuff in regards to the mattresses and made a very specific and accurate recommendation for me.

Bobby was great and her product knowledge was first class and she had my confidence all the time and explained details in depth which was really helpful. Melissa had just started and was learning but she was very nice and we are sure she will be good. It takes time to learn product knowledge . I know from experience. The store was great and the computerised systems were good and the system that looks at the contours of one's body was really good. The Store Manager was very approachable.

Highly satisfied with my Shopping experience at Dreams. The sales assistant took his time, showed me different options and explained the product in detail. I didn't feel rushed to make a decision as with other shops. The assistant dealing with me was absolutely brilliant as was the other store assistant.

Bally came over to offer assistance as soon as he was available. He listened to my needs and took me over to the bed testing machine which recommended the best mattress. He tried to find a better price for me where possible and was extremely helpful. Good level of attention without being too pushy to make the sale. Great salesman!

My experience was brilliant can't fault it friendly staff. Harry knew exactly what I wanted .Very helpful gave a professional service , made you feel comfortable not obligation to buy or any sakes pitches. Patient with choosing and value my needs and what I wanted out of a bed. Very helpful in making my choice in buying. Would definitely buy again from them.
