I was approached straight away. The sales assistant was friendly, polite and helpful.

The salesman was quite knowledgeable about the products. He understood what we were looking for and explained the the different variations in matresses.

Bobby catered to our every query and need. She knew a lot about each product and was able to guide us towards a product that suited our needs. She was patient and informative. After making our decision she was efficient.

we had a gentleman that had assisted us called Kishan,he approached us soon as we walked into the store and was very happy to listen to our needs of what we were looking for, very helpful very charming. we had another gentleman that offer us coffee and tea his name was Prince ,(store manager)again very pleasant very helful there was a lady also working there on the day she was very pleasant too.
