Sales assistant Kishan was excellent - he is highly knowledgeable and helpful and made the whole process so simple and effortless. I often find that customer service in general across most businesses is really poor but my experience here at Dreams was really great. Thanks so much

We were assisted by Kishan, he explained us the products very well. We were in to buy mattress. I really liked his customer service. He helped us select the right product for our new home. He was not pushy he gave us time to think over our decision, we were so impressed by his service and the product quality that we cancelled our beds order from Bensons and came back to dreams to order our beds and mattress.

Sales agent in store was very helpful and empathetic to requirements. Good level of service provided, good selection of beds, mattresses and headboards. Beds were a little pricey but expected if you want quality items.
