The process of understanding our needs and wants was excellent. That's why we came back to Dreams having recently purchased a matress for our son.

Kishan you member of staff was extremely knowledgeable and explained to us very nicely about the different products and benefits. Very friendly as well.

Prince, our assistant was extremely welcoming and friendly and made the whole experience enjoyable and less embarrassing than I thought it could be. He was fun, but also allowed us space to think.

Great staff, Kishan was really good in assisting us in choosing the beds for our new home, dreamt of new house and sweet dreams and lots of playing, talking and togetherness with my family on my new bed from dreams.

Bobby was amazing. She took the time to understand what mattered to us and helped guide us to the right decision without any level of discomfort or "Pushiness" that can often happen with sales people. She shared first hand knowledge of the product which helped us trust her and her recommendations. We where given the time to make our own choices and felt comfortable enough with her around to have conversations that we would normally have between ourselves.
