Dreams - Hayes

I was seen to straight away, i was explained in detail all the options that i had, meaning upgrades etc. What the difference was between the standard and upgrade. Fully explained the benefits of an extended guarantee and any other discounts for spending a certain amount of money. Offered a drink while placing my order. So a very imformative visit and i learnt alot from my purchase.

We hardly spent half an hour in the store including the selection of the item to purchasing of the item. We tell our budget and requirement to the sales consultant (Bobby) and she just showed us the thing as per our requirement and we selected and paid the amount for the same. Highly satisfied with the service and the environment.

Because of the advise we were given and the quality of the product.

I was highly satisfied with my visit to dreams today because the staff were friendly with astonishing prices, Prince one of the staff working there in Hayes dreams was friendly and helped a lot with finding what I needed to buy

WE RECEIVED VERY GOOD SERVICE FROM KISHAN. HE WAS INFORMATIVE AND WELCOMING WITHOUT BEING ANNOYING. HE GAVE US SPACE TO BROWSE AFTER WELCOMING US AND AT SAME TIME WAS AVAILABLE TO APPROACH FOR INFORMATION. WE WERE OFFERED DRINKS, EVEN HERBAL TEA WAS AVAILABLE WHICH WAS GREAT!

Nice warm welcome when we arrived into the Hayes store and the sales advisor (Kishan) was extremely helpful in making our purchase. We was treated to a lovely cappuccino during our visit and the manager acknowledged us when we left the store as he was busy with other customers..!! Outstanding customer service and Kishan definitely a great asset to your company. Finally we came back a couple of days later and purchased another bed with the same outstanding service which clearly seems very consistent with the first pattern of service. Well done...!! Staff name was Anissa she was very friendly, had a great knowledge of not just my product but also of other products within the store, she always had a smile, had answers to our questions. Anissa also offered us tea/coffee which is very rare at other stores. I have recommended my friends and family to go to Dreams in Hayes Bridge and definitely seek Anissa for any help. It was a great pleasure purchasing from Anissa, great customer service. Well done to her.
