I was able to look round then an assistant (Bobby) came to help and advise me. Also she showed me a base in the colour I wanted so I could decide it was what I wanted. She let me try different firmness and depth of mattress. Then brought me a mug of hot chocolate!!

Dreams have first class Customer skills. The process was very straight forward. Harry took care of my order. He explained everything clearly and even offered coffee when I visited. Will definitely be using Dreams again 😁

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams. The staff was extremely friendly. I was served by Anissa in the Hayes Store. Spent over 2 hours and didn't feel pressurised at all. I was shown a lot of different products and came out with a good deal.

I went to the Hayes branch on Monday 9th April. Anissa, who was very friendly, was assisting my daughter, offering beverages to us all. On her return with the drinks I needed help, she was very informative and helpful. I didn’t buy anything on that day. I returned on 10/4/18 and saw Anissa again. Again, she was very helpful, and informative with the information I needed regarding availability and delivery. I bought two items on this day. Anissa is a credit to the store.
