I was provided with the information and options I needed by Prince.

On arrival in store a shop assistant named Bobby approached me and asked me if I required help/assistance. She was friendly, helpful and efficient. She clearly explained options and had sound product knowledge which helped me to make my choice. She placed my order & clearly explained delivery options and what I needed to do regarding the disposal of my old mattress which I opted to arrange via Dreams. Bobby was very professional and displayed excellent customer service and is a great advert for Dreams

The manager assisted me on both visits to the store. He was attentive and very knowledgeable, This made the choosing & purchase of the bed easy & straight forward.

Great service, Prince was extremely helpful and polite. took his time to show us around and try out different beds until we found the perfect one. He offered us a drink and made us feel at ease. we would 100% recommend dreams to family and friends.

Did not have any problems staff great (bobby was her name)new what she was talking about and had lost of time nothing was to much trouble that why we gave highly satisfied

Prince was helpful but not pushy. He provided advice and then let us have a think before he helped us order the products and explained about the delivery etc
