Good customer service, server very knowledgable

We both had full explanation about the different makes of beds and could lay on the bed to feel different quality. The salesman was easy to understand and not forceful.

The store assistant "Rakesh" was patient, helpful, professional and courteous.

It was a pleasurable experience.

A person came over to assist straight away. He showed us what we were looking for and comparison items. He then gave us some alone time to discuss between us then came back to us.

It was in the sale the advice I was given was fine and the product was delivered fairly soon afterwards. There was nothing to be even remotely unhappy about.

Harry was excellent - not too pushy - exceptionally knowledgeable and agreed to a discount and free Tempur pillow.

Upon my arrival I was greeted my a member of staff who was very welcoming and had information which was helpful for my needs

The staff member had a good product knowledge, and listened carefully to our individual needs and preferences, also made good recommendations based on those needs.
