Bobby took the time to understand what we were looking for. She made sure that we were happy with the mattresses we purchased and advised which pillows were right for us. We had a pleasant experience.

The gentleman who helped us (Rakesh) was very knowledgeable, helpful and knew what he was talking about. He could see that I was in pain and recommended trying several beds.

I was highly satisfied because the staff were first, friendly and welcoming. Bobby who dealt with my order was extremely helpful, informative and engaging. She took the time to listen to my needs and was able to offer improved solutions which I found extremely helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and found it quite refreshing . Who knew buying beds could be so pleasant and stress free! Thank you Bobby for your patience and understanding!

As you enter the store, the ambiance is so welcoming. Bobby offered an assistance and drinks of course with a professional but in a way personal tone that makes you feel at ease. I usually prefer not to be disturbed when shopping around and I will approach staff if I need. But Bobby has that aura...her smile and friendly nature pulls you to her. She knows what she's doing, confident, I thought she was the manager. She'll make a good one. On a different note, we spotted straight away the product we were looking for. With Bobby's skills in sales, it helped us decide on the options we were looking at. The mattress we choose is top of the range and expensive (what you pay is what you get) which I would have not buy normally but fell in love with it because of how Bobby presented it. We are excited when it gets to us this Friday which is another good point, I thought it will take at least 2 weeks to de delivered. Overall experience very good. This is the 4th store we visited that day. I will definitely go straight to beds next time and will spread the excellent experience I had with friends.

Sales Person (Rakesh) understood our needs (me and my wife), spend extended amount of time helping us choosing the correct product. Gave expert advice on what is best for us, any all other information related to each product we were comparing, ultimately leading us to the purchase we made. Clearly explained pros and cons of each product, price differences against the long term outcome of a product if selected. All these were + for us due to our specific need in buying a mattress specially. So, It was a great experience, all credit must go to Rakesh for his help. Such customer service is very rare and hard to find.

Went to Southall dreams. Bobby was brilliant. She's very friendly and we could do with more people with her mannerism working with the general public!!
