Prince was amazing! made my experience comfortable! Offered me and my friend tea and coffee and gave reasonable quotes according to my accounts and lifestyle. He made great decision and i’ll defintiely be purchasing again.

Prince made me and my partner very comfortable. I found him easy to speak to. He also made us and our children drinks and gave them a balloon each to play with. Top bloke

Harry was the best. I’ve recently moved to the UK from USA and Dreams was the only mattress store where I didn’t feel like a number. Harry was very welcoming and not over-bearing (like most sales people). I told him the type of mattress I was looking for and BAM!!! I got exactly what I wanted and he didn’t waste my time. I will definitely be back to visit Dreams!

Good help and very pleasant nature very helpful staff

The 2 Dreams’ assistants were friendly helpful and informative and we loved the range of bedroom furniture we purchased. The wardrobe/drawer section was presented well and helped envisage the products in our bedrooms.

Our visit to Dreams was brilliant from start to finish we were welcomed by Bobby I spoke to her about our needs in our next mattress she was great in explaining how each mattress would help in getting a good night’s sleep. I loved that Bobby was not full on it was nice that she gave us time to walk around the store and discuss what we would go ahead with, she also offered us some lovely warm drinks which made sealing the deal even more sweet! Looking forward to the delivery of our new bed set! Thank you Dreams and Bobby! 

Upon walking in we immediately received help from a kind sales assistant by the name of Bobby. I told her that I had no knowledge or experience when buying mattresses so she put me at ease and broke things down for me. She gave me a rundown of what is available. I really felt like she was trying to get me the perfect deal rather than selling me anything.
