The service we received was to an excellent standard. Very polite and professional. Gave us time to think about our purchase and came across very kind ad extremely friendly. In terms of an rating we would give your employee who help us that day an A+. Everything was explained also in great detail and he made us feel at ease with our purchase. Would highly recommend.

The assistant, Bobby was so friendly and patient. She’s known customers need and haS enough knowledge about products.

Prince greeted us & offered assistance and even remembered us from our last visit & order over 18 months ago! He knew his products and ensured we got what we wanted , explaining g everything very clearly .

Extremely good service from ans exceptionally pleasant young man, by the name of Kishan He gave my husband and I plenty of time to make our choice and explaining we could change our minds if we found the mattress not suitable and make a different choice, all within a time slot

The service I received was exceptional.

I was highly satisfied with my visit as Kishan helped me the week before and spent just as much time then as he did when I returned to the store. I was buying a bed for my son and he suggested I bring him in so he could test the bed himself. I knew that would be difficult but I perservered with my son as I was given enough information on my first visit to encourage him to come and try the beds himself. In fact this was no mean feat as it was his 18th birthday too! Luckily Kishan was there again and as before answered all my sons questions so much so that my son pushed me to buy the bed and pillows on the spot! So I had a great experience and I have ended up buying a more expensive matress as my son gets very hot during the night and I was told the cooling gel would help with this. My son also has a bad shoulder and the pillow I selected, even though I have never paid £55 for a pillow before, was very comfortable for him. Overall a great experience well done Kishan and thanks for the hot chocolate!

Bobby, the sales assistant was both knowledgeable and friendly from the time we entered the store. She helped us by showing us the type of mattresses that would be suitable for our needs without being ‘pushy’ at any point. She gave us time to lay on the mattress and we felt no pressure with timing. Brilliant!

Bobby was very professional in her approach to dealing with our needs, offering coffee and hot chocolate beverage to drink whilst browsing the store.at no time was she pushy in making a sale, and was very knowledgeable in the different types of beds and mattresses available.She offered us pillows to carry round with us which better suited our needs on the neck. We originally came into the store looking for a replacement mattress but ended up buying a new bed and mattress and two bedside cupboards,time for a redecorate in the bedroom now.Altoghether a very pleasant shopping experience, and I don’t like shopping at the best of times!!!, even though we spent far more than originally intended Thank you Bobby ,we would highly recommend any one to come and see you

Bobby the sales assistant was very knowledgable about the products and understood what we needed for our new bed. She showed us all of the options and let us try them out for as long as we wanted. We never felt pressured into buying anything but glad we did.

I walked into dreams with my pregnant partner with both of us not knowing what sort of bed we wanted at all. We were both clueless but a friendly sales guy called rakesh helped us go through each beds and we found a bed we really liked and without his knowledge and understanding we most likely would have gone out without getting a new bed. We now have a new bed on the way and my partner will finally have a new bed to enjoy during pregnancy, the no interest pay monthly plan is brilliant especially when we are saving for the baby. Thank you Rakesh you helped us massively today.
