When I explained the issues with access on my stairs the assistant understood and explained the solution i needed, he then showed me the range that was suitable in great detail explaining the way the beds were made and how to use the storage part.

Price Reductions & Customer Service

The staff were very helpful and on the complex were 2 other retailers and the price quoted bt Dream was much better than theirs. We were offered hot / cold drinks and even chocolates as it was New Year. we were really happy overall, well done Dreams :)

Hi, From the moment we entered the shop we were greeted by Kishon 103 (103A019445) & asked if we required a drink. He looked after us all the time we were there

I went to the Hayes branch & from the moment I walked into the store, I felt like the assistant who served me (Kishan) was very informative about all the products. He took the time to listen to my our needs & then show us the appropriate products that were suitable. Kishan showed us a lot of products, without rushing us or confusing us. Explaining everything to detail. We tried several mattresses & never felt rushed or pressured during the entire process. Kishan was very professional during the entire process, yet very friendly too. He explained delivery times, disposal of my old mattress as well. Overall the entire experience went very smoothly and I was completely satisfied with my experience with dreams.

As soon as we entered the shop we were greated by the manager who allocated a sales man to help us. The salesman was Prince. He was very helpful and answered all our questions which we put forward to him. We came in for 2 sheets and ended up spending £3,000 on a new bed base, headboard and mattress. It is the first time we have been into a shop where the sales manager was so polite and helpful.

Great Quality

Was greeted upon arrival by Kishan who spent time with us explaining types of bed frames and then mattress. Was allowed to try all sorts of mattresses. He assisted my mother who has trouble walking and offered her help around the store. He explained quality of products. He didn't rush at all and even apologised for to us that a customer was very loud. (wasn't his fault but he did apologise)When products had been chosen and went to sort out invoice he offers all of us drinks.

We where greater at the door and sales advisor Navinder listened to our needs and explained all the options of beds springs etc.

Charles was brilliant didn’t rush us at all took time to understand our needs and what we like to expect went through all different colours and showed us the best option according to our requirements. He was very friendly to top it off he offered me a hot drink twice as I refused the first time. Also went through a few other products to go with the bed like pillows and mattress toppers. I’ve been to a different branch and the service was horrible. Not once did anyone approach us to see if we need any help but Charles in the Hayes branch was excellent and I’m very satisfied with the service we have received today. I wish him best of luck.
