We were served by Kishan. He was very polite and professional. He knew his product knowledge and was able to advise on the types of products which would be best suited for my parents needs. He was more than happy to go over things again so that my parents could understand about the different beds and they finally came to the decision to purchase a tempur bed. I reserved a mattress to collect in the morning, when ringing to double check it was still there it was discovered it was the wrong one. Harry the store manager dealt with this with outstanding customer service and was extremely apologetic, he ordered the one I wanted and sorted out for me to collect the same day rather than waiting for delivery.
