Came In looking for a bed Bobby greated me as soon as i walked in. Didn't know what I was looking for apart from a bed. Bobby was truly fantastic answered all my questions made excellent suggestions and made me feel confident in my purchase.

Bobby welcomed us with a big smile and when prompted was able to show us the products we came into the store for. Bobby was very attentive to our needs and was able to offer advice based on the feedback we gave for each product that we tried. We enjoyed having someone as knowledgeable as Bobby explain all the features and the benefits offered by the various products but also explain how particular products could address issues we were having with our current mattress. The overall experience was enjoyable which is what a shopping experience should be. Bobby helped us to make a much more informed decision about buying a mattress and this is reflected in my wife and I both being more than happy to spend more than we intended to thanks to Bobby's empathy and professionalism. I have generally avoided sales assistance but this in-store experience has changed my opinion of how I wish to shop in the future. Thank you Bobby. We will be back for our next purchase!

Prince went over an beyond to ensure that we got the wardrobes we wanted and he stayed 2 hours extra (never happens in any shop!) we did place a very large order and all adjustments were done well when we took possesion and had to change a few things
