Lucy was very helpful. I had already researched what I was looking for and wanted to view several options. She showed me the options and also assisted me with using the machine in store to review what mattress was best for my health issues. I was provided PPE and a bottle of water to make my experience more comfortable. I ended up upgrading to a more expensive product which pushed my budget but I think is worth the extra money for the comfort.

Advisor was extremely helpful, not overbearing but was always there if we had questions or needed support. We got the bed we really wanted & the experience shopping at dreams was quite pleasant
