My wife and I were very well looked after by the staff at the Hereford store. They helped us find the correct mattress for our needs in a very professional and understanding way.

Lucy was very helpful and not too 'pushy'. She showed us the variety of mattresses which would be suitable and helped with those that would be too hot for me to sleep in.
