Very happy with the customer service received by Lucy from Hereford store. Very accommodating and knowledgeable. I didn’t know buying a bed was so complicated, but made easy thanks to Hereford Dream store. Now I have the bed of my dreams!

My mum purchased mattress over the phone, with Sandy, I was asked to come into store to collect the smaller items, ie pillows, mattress protector and green bag for disposal of old mattress, and Sandy showed the mattress too me, I tried it and seemed very comfortable. Your computer that does a mattress match was very informative. Would like to highlight the great level of service from Sandy and her professionalism , knowledge and the help she gave my Elderly mum Over the phone. Service like that you don’t forget and makes your customers come back
