The lady in store was extremely friendly and helpful. She helped us pick the correct mattress and bed that was suitable for us. She also recommended pillows that would help with back problems.

The store assistant was extremely pleasant and obviously very knowledgeable about the products, she was able to show us products to suit our needs. At no time was she 'pushy' and made the buying experience very enjoyable
