Chris in Hereford really looked after us. Was very knowledgeable and helpful towards getting the bed we wanted. We also used the mattress finder which was very useful and helped us chose the bed we dreamed of.

Sandra P was very helpful and patient while we made our decision, showing us the best matures recommened for us with out price range. She did not force us into a sale and allowing us plenty of time alone so we could discuss and decide. The social distancing in the store was very well managed.

Myself and my partner wanted to buy a new bed as iv had a problem with my lower back i was recommended to try Dreams and to look at their range of Tempur mattresses . We were greeted with a friendly face a lovely lady called Christine at your Herefordshire Branch . She listened to our requirements and was extremely knowledgeable on the product . We were guided by type of mattress and support which was going to suit our needs . Even down to the pillows and mattress protector at all times Covid distancing was adhered to and we felt comfortable and relaxed during our visit . It was lovely to be offered coffee at the desk behind a screen and while Christine went throughly over our order and items listed we felt very well looked after. Even having the card machine antibac wiped before and after use I would totally recommend visiting the Hereford store the customer service was impecable and extremely friendly ....we are so looking forward to our new bed being deliverd even a day to suit us which is great . Very impressed by protective covers which were given to us for using to cover our old bed when it is taken away all Covid rules adhered to . Kind regards Lorraine Brown
