From beginning to end our wonderful assistant Emma took us through being matched to our matress and then tried so many different ones with us until we found the perfect one for budget and comfort, for both my partner and I, we had lots of questions about various features and her knowledge was impressive to say the very least and nothing was too much trouble, she literally went the extra mile to give a fantastic experience (she walked alot!) The store was super clean, smelled nice and there was PPE in place as well as sanitizer for everyone. Actually couldn't be happier with the whole experience.
