We were thinking of buying an ottoman bed for our new house and needed advice never having had one before, i.e. style, ease of use and storage space, as we don’t yet have moving dates, we also had delivery and assembly questions. The assistant Christine was really helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly friendly, so much so we placed our order there and then, we will be back for wardrobes in the future.

Excellent help from staff and I felt completely at ease with the COVID rules and the check out was super fast my only complaint was two and a half months is a long time to wait for a mattress a month would be acceptable but times are difficult at the moment

Considering COVID restrictions were in place, we were looked after very well as soon as we entered the store. Chris was very helpful and showed us those products that met our criteria. She was patient with us and allowed us time while we made up our minds as to the mattress we preferred. Being OAPs we are not that quick off the mark these days! :0) Thank you.
