Felt at ease as soon as walking into the store. Very friendly sales people who made the whole experience of buying bedroom furniture easy. Would highly recommend this store.

I was greeted as I entered the store by a very pleasant assistant, who asked me what I was looking for. We looked at the bed frames which she showed me how the ottoman worked & offered me to try how easy it was to lift. She suggested & explain the ‘test’ bed which I found very interesting, which gave me confidence in buying the mattress I needed. I was given the choice of 3 to try. Emma then priced up the frame & mattress as I needed to discuss it with my husband. Today I entered the store other assistant greeted me, I explained that I saw Emma a few days ago, she took me to her. I told Emma that I would like to purchase the bed frame & mattress, she explained the whole procedure as she was putting it on the computer, asked if I would like pillows & mattress cover. Explained other offers & insurances in full detail, I was very impressed with the whole Procedure. Well done to your staff !

The Store was fairly busy but the young lady took time and effort to put us at our ease and assess our needs.
