Knowledgeable and courteous staff. Helped when needed and left you alone when required to consult with partner or thinking time. Very impressed with the system that discovers what type of mattress is best suited.

Lisa was new to store, very pleasant and polite, just needs time to learn product information and layout of store. We all started at beginning and need to learn our trades so very happy with Lisa's help.

Went to the store to try the sleepmatch machine to check if our sleep requirements had changed with the intention of then going to Bensons where we had purchased our last mattress to buy another but WOW what a transformation in Dreams. The place was clean and tidy, all the staff were attentive and really switched on to cleanliness regarding covid, it was a pleasure shopping in the Hereford store. The manageress was spot on, knowledgeable helpful not to pushy but switched on enough to seal the deal.

Lisa was very helpful and friendly. Despite her newness to the job she will be a valuable member of the team in time. She made us feel comfortable and unpressured.

Had a bunch of lovely people to help us out when choosing a bed for our first home!

The assistant who served us ,Sandy E ,was very knowledgeable about the products,she was selling. She didn't rush us , was helpful and friendly. We were offered tea and coffee whilst we ordered. Hand sanitiser was available and I was asked to spray my hands before and after using the card machine. She went through the order, showing it me on the screen to ensure I was happy with it .
