I had a great in store experience, I originally visited the Hereford store a few weeks ago where a very helpful member of staff named Lucy helped me find the perfect mattress for me. I was able to find a mattress that suited my needs, while also being within my budget. I returned to the store about two weeks later, ready to make the purchase, luckily I was able to claim a discount in the mattress while it was on promotion, which made me even more satisfied with my purchase. Lucy was very helpful as I had absolutely no idea what I was looking for and she was able to guide me towards a great mattress quickly and efficiently.

Service was great, we were let to choose what was right for us and we weren't told the prices of mattresses until after we had chosen the right one. So we didn't feel pushed to bye the more expensive option.

The ladies at the store were very helpful and friendly. They helped us out really quickly and understood what we wanted. They listened to what we wanted and were very respectful to our wishes.
