Never felt I was being rushed and when I said I only wanted a mattress for a spare room so wasn't looking to pay over the odds I was taken to the ex display and I brought one, normally shops push you to buy the most expensive but I was offered what I asked for, very polite friendly stafg

I had a great in store experience, I originally visited the Hereford store a few weeks ago where a very helpful member of staff named Lucy helped me find the perfect mattress for me. I was able to find a mattress that suited my needs, while also being within my budget. I returned to the store about two weeks later, ready to make the purchase, luckily I was able to claim a discount in the mattress while it was on promotion, which made me even more satisfied with my purchase. Lucy was very helpful as I had absolutely no idea what I was looking for and she was able to guide me towards a great mattress quickly and efficiently.
