Emma the person who handled the purchase was an extremely capable, knowledgeable, friendly and professional person.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff member, Sandra directed us to the machine to accurately measure which mattress would suit us best After trying a few out for size we settled on one that seemed perfect for us. We are very excited for its arrival and can’t wait to start having a better night sleep

The staff were attentive without being pushy and they listened to what we wanted. Everything was explained clearly and delivery times were good. Covid precautions were taken, it felt very safe.
