The staff were outstanding! Very friendly. Listened to my brief of what I was looking for and delivered. Minor point to note that there wasn’t many options that suited my brief and or what was advised from the sleep match machine. And all that were suggested were very top end price wise. It would be amazing if you have an option to collect to speed up the process. But overall satisfied that the assistants got the earliest delivery date available for me which was fab. All members of staff were super friendly, helpful and are an asset to the store! Considering all the new measures having to be adhered to they were extremely professional and I was very impressed with their customer service.

Very satisfied at the Hereford branch. Emma and Sandra were very, very helpful and they helped me and my wife to choose the perfect for bed for us. They listened to everything and they gave us options to choose from. Very friendly and helpful throughout. Give them a pay rise.
