Overall it was a positive experience, and Sandy was extremely helpful and patient explaining everything about the products. For me the only issue was so many options and choices, but assessment of my posture needs, and being able to try different beds finally resulted in finding a bed that I think will suit me.

A member of staff approached me as soon as I entered the store, we knew exactly what we were looking for and she directed us to it straightaway but showed us alternatives also! Overall very helpful
