Dreams - Hereford

A woman by the name of Lucy helped me. She was fantastic - knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I would highly commend her. If I were hiring staff for a store, Lucy would be the ideal candidate. Dreams is lucky to have her.

Our first time visiting dreams and was really impressed. The floor staff were very helpful. We were made to feel welcome and not pestered either. The knowledge of the lady dealing with us was great and after being fitted on the electronic bed we were shown around the range that suited us. Low and behold the 1 we liked the most was the dearest one. Haha. But we had to have it. Cant wait to get my head down in it now. Cheers dreams.

I first of all encountered a very unhelpful member of staff but thankfully she went home and EMMA was the assistant that helped me ... she was so helpful and her customer service skills were excellent.

The store was fairly quiet at the time I visited so an assistant was instantly on hand to show me the appropriate items I was interested in. Went out of her way to check all items in store. I chose a product but didn't want to take immediately at I was going into town and didn't want to leave it in the car. When I returned later the assistant recognised me immediately and finalised the sale. Both assistants were friendly, knowledgable about their stock and I would not hesitate to use Hereford store again or to recommend.

Overall it was a positive experience, and Sandy was extremely helpful and patient explaining everything about the products. For me the only issue was so many options and choices, but assessment of my posture needs, and being able to try different beds finally resulted in finding a bed that I think will suit me.
