Lucy was really helpful, giving us advice on alternatives to try. The Sleep Match device meant that we had some guidance from the off and were pleased with where Lucy guided us following this. We ended up ordering in the Boxing Day sales and so we really pleased with the offers. COVID procedures were being adhered to and the staff valued the importance of them.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and made myself and my father feel at home. All questions were answered to a satisfactory level and I came away with exactly what I needed for my new house. Highly recommended store for anyone in the local area!

Your colleague was very polite and courteous, everything explained with complete professionalism and knowledgeable.

The salesperson was superb. Her product knowledge was great. She offered tea or coffee whilst processing the order. Dreams is the first place I have been to since Covid hit that has actually thought to provide disposable cups. Usually I get a funny look if I ask for one rather than a ceramic mug that is offered, stains, chips and all.
