Dreams - Hereford

We walked into your Hereford branch and were met by a delightful young lady called Emma . She asked us to sanitise our hands and talked us through the Covid measures in place in store. We were wanting a mattress and after listening to our needs she suggested the computerised bed analysis thingy. We were again talked through C19 measures to use this and how they were cleaning and sanitised after use etc. The analysis suggested some mattresses to address our different needs and preferences and off we to try some out. I was quietly impressed that any question I asked about price, warranty and make were answered to well. I felt confident she knew her stuff! We chose our preferred mattress and decided against one or two on offer, as we felt Emma had really helped us find the right one. We were led to the computer area to pay, no question was too much hassle and she efficiently placed our order. I also need to mention that Emma took great care of us around the shop floor manoeuvring us around out of the way of other customers and staff. It was a great experience, we came out knowing we had made a great choice not only on our mattress but also the shop we had chosen to shop in!

Sandra P invited us into the store and attended to our needs and questions immediately. She was very friendly and the store felt a very safe covid environment only allowing a few customers in at a time. Our visit was very quick and we got everything we wanted. Sandra was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions.

We were greeted by Chris as soon as we entered the store after sanitizing our hands. She explained the procedure of using the special bed which would advise her what type of mattress we required. We made our choice of three mattresses, chose one, then were taken to a screened desk where we sat down, was offered a drink. After that we were advised of our purchase etc very clearly and concluded our payment. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

Great staff Knowledgable

Emma was friendly from the moment we walked into the store, to the end of the visit. We were greeted straight away, asked if there was anything she could help us with or if we wished to shop first. Told us to come and find her when we were ready to answer anything. Was so helpful once we found the product we wanted, was honest about the colours and even told us that we could have the bed as an ottoman (it wasn’t on the specifics of the bed we were wanting but she had clearly listened that we were wanting a ottoman bed). I was even convinced to try the electronic mattress machine and have now found the perfect mattress for me. Emma was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable- she was also relatable and real and I felt very lucky to have had her as our assistant for the bed.

Living in an old property there were some very specific details about what bed we could actually buy and get in our house. Lucy was incredibly knowledgable about the range of beds that we could get to work in our property and took the time to help us choose our mattress as well as this wasn’t something we had ever done ‘properly’ before so we really didn’t know what we were looking for at all. Knowing that we would struggle to get the perfect bed in Lucy also helped by advising us that we could swap to a different one should we get home and test with a mock headboard and find out it wouldn’t go in. Unfortunately it wouldn’t and we went back to the store to change to a different frame and were helped by Emma to choose a new frame (as Lucy was busy when we arrived) and then Lucy helped us change our order and managed to preserve our original delivery date. Absolutely brilliant team and we’re so helpful despite how awkward our requirements were.
