Lucy, was an excellent sales rep. With lots of knowledge and a lovely approach from the get go. She saw us looking lost as soon as we walked in and offered her assistance with no hesitation. Being first time buyers we had such a lovely and present experience we will be going back when a meal bed is needed. What a lovely member of staff even changing the order for us when we made a small mistake with the measurements. She offered refreshments and had an extremely good amount of product knowledge. On top of this she was professional yet funny making well inclined jokes and being incredibly friendly. What an amazing member of staff I hope she reads this.

From start to finish it was a enjoyable and successful experience and I had exactly what I wanted.

Late afternoon visit with no other customers in store enabled great personal attention from staff member, Lucy. So we were able to make our choice without any hassle or interruptions. Quote given and then confirmed on further visit.

From the initial call to arrange an appointment in branch to the end of sale we were blown away with the service received in store. Christine approached us as soon as we entered the store and confirmed our appointment with us. We advised Christine as to our requirements due to myself having arthritis in my back and my partner being 7 months pregnant we would require a new mattress and bed frame to fit our needs. Christine then showed us 3 beds after the scan machine to test out and pillows to what we would need. We then explained we had seen a frame on the website but knew it wasn’t in store however we were happy this was the one for us and wanted to order the chosen mattress and frame. Christine explained all of our payment options clearly, helped choose our new duvet that suited our needs and the booking process for the order was specified to us so that all information was understood. She is a fantastic member of staff and went above and beyond through the whole sale. We couldn’t have asked for anything more! We are extremely pleased and have recommended the store to all our friends and family! Can’t wait for our new bed to be delivered!

The lady that helped me was amazing friendly and super excited to see a customer in store after 7pm ! She helped me quickly efficiently and carried my mattress to ny car. Absolutely lovely great service. If only more people in service industry be like her ! Thank you☆ i haven't even used the mattress or pillows yet 🤣🤣
