As soon as I arrived I was greeted by a colleague, who remained with me throughout. Asked what I was looking for and then prompted me to go on the sleep machine first. Covid guidelines were respected throughout my visit. The colleague was friendly and also knowledgable, understanding that making a big purchase can be scary.

I was shown the product I was interested in. The experience with the bed to see which typed suited me was very interesting and enjoyable. Lucy who looked after me was helpful and knowledgeable. A cup of tea was provided and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Well done.

It was just a great experience. I had called on the off chance the week before & I was immediately impressed with the customer assistant who knew her stuff and was able to advise me accordingly. I had previously bought a bed from a Dreams store many years ago & had been completely satisfied then as I was with this purchase. Everything about payment, delivery, disposal of old mattress, extras etc was made clear to me. Yesterday, after checking a few things from the previous week was to place the order. A very pleasant shopping experience indeed. Can't wait for the item to be delivered!!

I had previously bought the wrong mattress and the dreams assistant understood what I wanted and remembered and helped me purchase the right thing finally.

The customer service at Dream is like dream. Just on the beginning we been offering water or cup of coffee/tea. All staff was really helpful and friendly.
