Very informative and friendly service

The assistant was friendly kind and considerate and very knowledgeable, she did everything she could to help me I am terminally ill and not very mobile, I would recommend her to anyone needing assistance

Sandy made the whole experience as enjoyable as possible. Nothing was to much trouble for her. If I had to visit Dreams again I would hope Sandy was available. It was nice to find someone interested in my needs and listened when I spoke.

Vey impressed with lucy, who looked after our needs. Pleasant and knowledgable. A credit to Dreams.

We ere very satisfied with our visit to Dreams, Lucy greeted us at the door and we did the smartbed test, she then showed us 4 or 5 mattresses to suit our needs, especially since I am quite petite and my husband is a lot bigger build, after trying the different mattresses we went back to the first, Silentnight Farrington Double Mattress, medium comfort, my husband nearly dropped off to sleep as I chatted to Lucy! The service was very good and Lucy offered us drinks whilst we placed our order, even offering us a discount to claim later this week, I phoned for this today and was helped by another assistant in the store who was also very helpful. Overall a very good shopping experience and we are sure the Mattress will be very comfortable for my back etc.

I was greated in a friendly genuine way and offered assistance. The knowledge of your products by the lady (Chris) was really impressive, she guided me through the process, offering advice, but never pushy. I was shown colour swatches, and advised that I would have different bases, headboards etc. She explained the extra cover, the benefits and the removal options. I felt my custom was valued and I left with exactly(if not more ) what I wanted.

Staff helpful and friendly. Sales lady and manageress understood our budget and found an ex demonstration mattress odour choice at a lower price. Cheerful staff. Order included opportunity to explain details of delivery address and the details of potential delivery difficulties due to the age and size of the building and the configuration of the stairs. Efficient taking of details. Good practices in place re covid protection of staff and customers. Member of staff was Emma....who was lovely and easy to deal with,and knowledgeable about the products she was selling.

Immediate service on entering the store. Very courteous attention throughout. Chris was very knowledgeable about the options and the difference between them. Complerte attention throughout and the whole process was completed within 45 mins 9in fact the coffee was still too hot to finish by the time left.
