Chris was very helpful and was able to show me a range of mattresses in my price range and found me a mattress that was on clearance which saved me even more money.

Sandra, the store manager was very helpful and the store was due to close for the day but she didn't mind until we made our purchase and Lucy earlier that day when I visited to get the information on mattresses was very friendly and helpful

The advisor who helped us listened to what we needed and found the best options for us. They were not pushy but responded by offering different options that meant we found what we wanted within our budget. Lucy was excellent and we couldn't fault the support she gave us as we had not bought a bed for some time.

From entering the store to leaving everything was conducted in a highly professional manner. the member of staff who greeted us was aware of our booking to use the new technology to buy a mattress and was very helpful and friendly throughout the process.
