The store followed the correct guidelines for social distancing making us feel safe and comfortable. We had assistance straight away, Emma she was professional, made our time enjoyable and was knowledgeable and understanding for our needs. Whilst doing our order we were offered a drink again whilst behind a screen feeling safe, and the whole team also interacted with us (those that weren't busy making our experience personal we will definatley be back to get that tempur and king size bed when we find our new home. Our experience at dreams left us feeling satisfied and that Sandy wasn't rushing us to make a purchase. She made the experience if buying a new mattress a pleasure and we left feeling excited to receive our new mattress.
